This is a beige colored, opaque TiO2 grade that can be used to replace some or all of the white TiO2 in plastics and coatings formulations where the desired final color is not a bright white. Using 8045 Buff Rutile Titanium Dioxide will reduce your cost for pigments and at the same time allow you to save your white titanium dioxide for applications where it is really needed. LANSCO 8045 generally sells for 40% - 50% less than white TiO2.
