8045 is a buff color (tan) Rutile grade pigment that offers comparable performance characteristics such as opacity to white TiO2. 8045 can reduce the amount of some of the organic and other inorganic pigments in addition to some of the white TiO2 in selected formulations.
8045 can be used for yellow traffic marking paints, roofing granules, wood coatings, industrial primers and coatings, caulks and sealants, interior and exterior architectural paints. In plastics, 8045 can be used in sidings, plastic sheeting and films, PVC pipe and conduits.
