1219 is a bright, yellow shade quinacridone with excellent overall properties. FDA approved (Section 178.3297).
1219 is extensively used for high-grade industrial paints, implement enamels, agricultural equipment and powder coatings applications. 1219 can also be used throughout the printing ink industry for poster printing, textile printing, offset inks and metal deco printing. 1219 also can find uses in the plastics industry in PVC, polycarbonates, HDPE and occasionally in PUR foams. Additional uses are found in artist colors and in the textile industry.
